Protein bars and shakes delivered across Amsterdam, usually within 30 minutes. You will find the crunchy XXL Nutrition bars here in flavours such as salted caramel, peanut butter and cookies & cream, and ready-made N'JOY protein drinks in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

Useful after the gym, as breakfast on a morning when cooking is out of the question, or as a snack that fills you for longer than a bag of crisps. When choosing, look mainly at the protein per serving and the sugar content: those two vary considerably between products.

The drinks are best cold, so put them in the fridge straight away if you are not drinking them immediately. A bar keeps perfectly well out of the fridge and fits in a bag or coat pocket, which helps if you are taking it with you to the gym. Add water or a soft drink to the same delivery.
